Placing uniform orders

We will download and delete all orders every term and we will keep a copy of the orders on a secure computer system, a computer or a secure USB or Hard drive.

Contact from our website and emails to our Gmail account or Hotmail account

We will contact you via our Gmail account or our Hotmail account if you have contacted us about our lessons/parties etc. We will delete any emails once they are not needed to contact you anymore. We will go through our emails each term to check all unnecessary emails have been deleted.

Party bookings

A copy of these will be held for our tax return for 5 years. These will be kept in a secure cabinet.
